Your first session is 45 minutes, followed by three 30 minute sessions to build comfort, consistency, and endurance. Your fourth session is free!
Whether you choose First Dash or decide to Run Wild, we'll meet your dog where they are and help them take their first steps toward becoming a stronger, happier pup.

Solo Dash
Ready, Set, Dash!
One dog. One session. No commitment.
Sometimes you just want the flexibility to book a workout when it works for you. Solo Dash lets you purchase individual sessions one at a time, with no package commitment and no need to plan your dog's fitness routine weeks in advance.
It's a great option for dogs who:
Need an extra outlet for energy now and then
Have busy or unpredictable schedules
Benefit from occasional conditioning or exercise
Aren't ready to commit to a package
Simply love getting their Dash on!
Each session gives your dog dedicated one-on-one time in our climate-controlled mobile gym, with their workout tailored to their individual needs and fitness level.
